Seniors
Trash containers have been placed in several areas of first floor for Senior locker
clean-out.  Please have your lockers cleaned by the end of the week.


Advanced Art Class
If you are in the Advanced Art Class for next school year there is a meeting on Friday, May 11th
at 7:30 am.  Everyone will need to be there to discuss summer artworks and next school years
advanced art course. The following is a list of students who need to attend: Lakota Clark,
Jolene Clayton, Alea Corriveau, Lindsey Coy, Sarah Dancer, Sierra Emmons, Vanessa Frazier,
Madison Good, Lillie Riffle, Kira Stephens, Jason Traughber, Sophie Wade.


CEO
The CEO Trade Show will be held Friday, May 11th  from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the
Taylorville Memorial Hospital auditorium.  Come see the future of Christian County.
Hor D’oeuvres will be served.


Special Seating Request
Special seating request forms for guest of the 2018 graduates are available in the Main
Office.  Forms are for guests that will be attending graduation, but are unable to climb
stairs due to physical or medical disability.  Deadline to submit a request is
Wednesday, May 23rd.


Counseling Center
Attention Students:  Applications for summer school are now available in Student
Services.  Summer school runs from May 29 - June 15, 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Deadline
to apply is May 25.  See your school counselor for additional information.


Attention Seniors:  The following scholarship applications are now available in
Student Services:


Stonington Lions Club Scholarship Program
Due date:  June 1
Award amount:  one $500 award
Must be a graduating senior from the former Stonington School District


Kids Are Kids Memorial Scholarship
Due date:  June 1
Award amount:  one $1,000 award
Must pursue a degree in a special education field OR  presently receive special
education services with a desire to pursue a degree in a college, community college
or trade school.
