Purple Reign order forms for the 2021-22 school year are now in the office. All forms are due by May 12th.
Student Council
Any student interested in being a part of THS Student Council for the 21-22 school year, please pick up a commitment packet in the office. Packets and references are due by May 7th.
Student Council
Student Council is hosting a blood drive on Friday, April 30th. If you are 16 years old or older and willing to donate, please sign up in the main office. Students who are 16 years old must have a completed parental consent form. Just one donation can save up to 3 lives so make sure to sign up if able!"

Vaccine Information
Attention Students ages 16-17.
The Christian County Health Department is expecting the Pfizer vaccine this week. Students ages 16-17 who are interested please sign-up in Nurse Owens office. Students will require a Parental Consent form to participate in the vaccine. Parental Consent forms may be picked up in the Nurses Office or can be printed off the Christian County Health Department website www.ccdhil.org.
Students 18 and older, who would like to receive the Moderna vaccine, please contact the Christian County Health Department at 824-4113 x 111 or 112.
Dance Team
Any Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior interested in being on the 2021-2022 Taylorville High School Dance team there will be an informational meeting on Monday, April 26th 2021 at 6:30pm in room 141. Parents and dancers can attend.

SENIORS WHO HAVE RECEIVED SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS - Please check your email that Mrs. Capriotti sent out on Monday afternoon, April 19th. If you have received any awards or scholarships that you would like to be announced during the virtual Senior Awards Night you will need to fill out the google form. YOU NEED TO CLICK THE “FILL OUT THE GOOGLE FORM” BOX to get to the google form in order for your submission to come through. DO NOT FILL OUT THE ACTUAL FORM THAT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL EMAIL. Reach out to Mrs. Capriotti if you have any questions. The deadline to submit this form is Wednesday, April 28th. Forms must be submitted by this date in order to be guaranteed recognition during this virtual event. Once again the google form button can be found in your school email. These instructions are also posted in the Class of 2021 Google Classroom.
