Today (October 10, 2019) is World Mental Health Day.Caring for the mind is as important and crucial as caring for the body. In fact, one cannot be healthy without the other. Engage in an activity that allows you to feel better, physically and mentally; even just 10 minutes a day.
THS Rule Reminder of the Week -
Cell phones are prohibited during instructional time. They are to be turned off or put on silent and either put away or placed in the cell phone caddy as per the classroom teacher's rules. Cell phones are not to be used in the locker rooms or the restrooms.
Boys Basketball
All boys basketball players need to order shoes Friday at the beginning of advisory in the main entrance to the West Gym.

Reminder that all freshman must turn in a physical and all seniors must provide paperwork showing they have received two doses of the meningitis vaccine by October 15. Please turn these records in to the school nurse’s office located in Student Services.

Senior quote forms will be passed out by your English teachers. If you do not have an English class, or you lose your form, you can pick one up from Mr. Steele in room 144.
