Mental Health Moment
Let yourself cry.
Sometimes hiding or keeping our emotions may seem like a brave thing for us to do, but it is actually really unhealthy.
Keeping all of your emotions bottled up stops you from feeling true happiness and joy. When we fight or try to react and hide our emotions, it can often lead to more suffering. Having, processing, and experiencing your feelings is part of having a full life.
Blue for Tyson
TCUSD#3 encourages all staff and students to wear blue in honor of Tyson Mendoza, a kindergartner in the Sullivan School District, who lost his life in an accident Friday. Tyson’s favorite color was blue. Anyone who is interested can wear blue and make a $1 donation. TCUSD will send our donation with a card. Donation can be made in the Main Office or in the cafeteria during the lunch hours.
Freshman
There will be a freshman class meeting in the cafeteria on Tuesday, October 1st. Students are to report to advisory for attendance and then will be dismissed to the cafeteria.
