ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Central Illinois Food Bank will be hosting a food
distribution on Saturday November 22 @ THS. Volunteers are asked to
arrive in the East gym around 8:30 and the event should be concluded by
12:00. Sign –up sheet is on the counter in the main office.
Recycling Plastic
Bottles
Starting Nov. 19 THS will start a recycling program for
plastic bottles. Place your plastic bottles in the yellow recycling
containers in the cafeteria. Only empty plastic bottles can
go into the containers. NO LIDS NO
LIQUID Discard any lids or liquid in the bucket next to the
recycling bins.
Art Club
Art
Club meeting today after school. We will
be decorating for Madrigals.

Club t-shirt order forms can be picked up in the art room. These are due with your payment by Friday,
November 21st.
FCA
There
will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting this evening at 7:00 p.m. in
room 129. Everyone is welcome.
Student Council
Please
help support the Student Council as they host a food drive beginning Monday,
November 3 through Wednesday, November 24th. Check posters displayed throughout the school
for details.

Attention Students: An updated scholarship bulletin is
now available from classroom teachers, Student Services, or online on the high
school website.

Katie Burgener who is a current medical student at Saint Louis University’s
School of Medicine on Tuesday, November 25 at 2:30 p.m. If interested in

Think you have a creative flair for styling hair? Come
listen to licensed cosmetologist and THS graduate, Sarah Morrison, discuss what
it takes to be successful in the cosmetology profession, Friday, December 5th
at 2:30 p.m. Register in Student Services and get a pass from a counselor.
