to Taylorville Senior Bowler Brent Frump on his three game series total of 710.
The student council angel tree is located in the Main
Office. If you or a group of friends would
like to help children have a Merry Christmas consider taking an angel off the
tree. Be sure to register your angel on
the list on the counter.
LIBRARY CLUB
There will be a library club meeting today immediately after
school to finalize items for the Polar Express Night that is being held Friday,
December 5th.
FOOTBALL
There will be an informational meeting for any person who
wants to join the Taylorville Tornadoes Football Program this Friday, Dec 5
after school in room 127. This meeting will discuss our upcoming
offseason lifting, calendar, and every other way we can continue our
success! If you were not a member of this year's team and have the
slightest interest, you owe it to yourself to attend the meeting to hear how we
intend to repeat as Apollo Conference Champions!

the packet of information and get signed up on Friday.
Madrigal Dinner
Tickets
are currently on sale in the Main Office for this year’s Madrigal Feast. Dates and times are as follows: Friday, December 5th at 6:00 p.m.
and Saturday, December 6th at 7:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $22 for Adults and $15 for
Students.
Counseling Center
Seniors: Friday, December
5 is the last day to take an approved college day visit for 1st
semester and have it exempted from your attendance. College Day Visit
forms must be signed by teachers and parent then returned to your counselor 5
school days before your visit. This means Wednesday is the last day to
obtain a form from your counselor and turn in for an exempted college day visit
for 1st semester. Seniors are allowed 2 exempted college day
visits for the school year and PSAE incentive students earned an additional one
day. If you have questions, see your counselor.

Juniors and Seniors
Think you have a creative flair for styling hair? Come
listen to licensed cosmetologist and THS graduate, Sarah Morrison, discuss what
it takes to be successful in the cosmetology profession, Friday, December 5th
at 2:30 p.m. Register in Student Services and get a pass from a
counselor.
Think a career in accounting or auditing is something you'd
like to consider? If you want a career that blends analysis, problem
solving and detective work, you are encouraged to listen to THS graduate and
CPA Iris Noblet and her student intern Lauren Suiter discuss the diverse world
of accounting on December 17th during advisory in Room 104.
Students wanting to attend must register in Student Services and get a pass
from a counselor.
