Attention Purple Reign: This is the last week to sign
up for Purple Reign to receive the early sign-up incentive opportunity.
As a reminder, students can sign-up for 2015-2016 Purple Reign Season all the
way until school registration in August. If you have any questions, see

Creative Writing
Each year, students in the
Creative Writing class enter a poetry or fiction competition sponsored by
Creative Communications. Winners have their work published in a hard copy
edition of entries from around the country. THS has a record five
students this spring who have had poems chosen for the upcoming publication:
seniors David Cruikshank, Kaytlin Jacoby,
and Luke Molen, and juniors Hope Johnson and Allison Lederbrand.
Congratulations to these fine writers!
Kickball Tournament
The St.
Mary’s Youth Group is hosting a kickball tournament on Sunday, May 31st
at 1:00 p.m. The teams can consist of
8-10 players with cost being $5 per person.
Hamburgers and hotdogs will be for sale and music will be provided. Registration forms are available in the Main
Office. Forms and money may be returned
to Brendan Held or Emily or Mallory Jones.
Lockers
Locker
clean out will be this week through Thursday, May 21, 2015.
Girls Locker Room
All lockers in girl’s locker rooms
must be cleaned out by Thursday, May 21st.
Cross Country
There will be an
informational meeting today after school in the Cafeteria for anyone interested
in joining the 2015-2016 Cross Country Team.
All current members must attend.
Ultimate Frisbee Tournament
Student Council will
be hosting an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament May 19th at 6:30 p.m. at the
Jr. High School. Each team is allowed
6-8 players and fee is $40.00 per team.
Sign-up sheets will be located in the main office.
Christian County
Fair
Information is available in the Main Office for any student
interested in being an exhibitor at the Christian County Fair.
Counseling Center
Driver Education and Credit
Recovery Summer school registration forms are now available from the counselors
in the Student Services office. All registration forms must be submitted
with the registration fee in order for the student to be placed on the
list. Both programs are limited in space. If you have any
questions, see your counselor. Credit Recovery students must discuss with
your counselor which class (es) you need to sign up for in summer school.
There is a limit of two classes for credit recovery registration.
