Tornadoes Football Fans
Any person who would like a flyer to purchase 2016 Taylorville Tornadoes Football gear needs to see Coach Odam in room 127 as soon as possible. Fans can purchase short sleeve, long sleeve and hoodie shirts to support the football team during the playoffs!
If any student would like to purchase a homecoming tee shirt or long sleeve shirt there are extras. Tee shirts are $12 and long sleeve shirts are $15. See Mr. Aymer if you are interested.
Wrestling
Attention all students interested in joining the wrestling program for the 2016-2017 school year: Open mats will begin today @ the North School Annex Wrestling Room @ 3:45 p.m. Open mats are for students who are NOT participating in a fall sport and will be held every Monday and Wednesday until the start of the season. If you have any questions, see Coach Mateer.
Juniors
Attention Juniors: Anyone interested in helping with prom this year there will be two informational meetings. Please plan on attending one of these meetings. The meetings are today after school at 3:00 p.m. in room 306, Mrs. Tanners Room and Thursday October 13 before school at 7:30 a.m. in room 306, Mrs. Tanners Room. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Tanner, Mrs. Thorpe, Mrs. Viara, or Ms. Potter.
Blood Drive
There will be a blood drive Tuesday, October 18. If you are under 18 you will need a parental consent form. Sign-ups can be found in the main office.
COUNSELING
Attention Seniors: Applications for the Taylorville Community Credit Union scholarship are now available in Student Services. Deadline to apply is Oct. 14. Two students will be awarded $1,000 each.
Attention Seniors: The Josten's rep will be here Thursday during the lunch hours to take your cap and gown and senior announcement orders. Stop by the table to place your order.
