Write a letter. It may be considered old fashioned, but it can be a rewarding experience.
There can be so many reasons you are writing: to express your feelings, to spread awareness about something, or to make someone feel better. Whatever you choose to write letters for, writing letters is rewarding to you and the person you are writing to.
Rule Reminder of the Week
Please remember that even though the weather is turning colder, students are not to wear hats, coats, jackets, or blankets throughout the school day. The Administration understands that some rooms are colder than others, please bring a sweatshirt for those classes. This is a safety issue.
Girls Track
There will be a meeting for all girls interested in track and field today at 2:45 on the half floor up the stairs from the East gym.
Counseling Center
SENIORS: Our 6th Annual Scholarship Awareness Day is Thursday, January 23 during lunch periods. Multiple local scholarships will be available to pick-up. If you are unable to attend, hard copies of all scholarships will be available in Student Services.
LLCC-Taylorville will be having an informational meeting about the College NOW program. Students and parents are invited to attend. The meeting will be held on Monday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. at LLCC-Taylorville.
