Mental Health Moment
Choose/write a mantra.
Choose a mantra or even create your own and think of how you can make them come true.
Some suggestions: “I am more powerful than my pain. I am in love with who I am becoming. I am worthy.” “I am in control of my life. I am healthy, stable, and sound. I am unstoppable.”
Your mantra is your design, your plan, your goal in action.
