Cap/gown/tassel/medallion prices were NOT listed on the order forms.  If ordering just this unit (cap/gown/tassel/medallion) complete sections #1 & 4 on order form and write in the price. There are no taxes or shipping/handling on just cap/gown/tassel/medallion unit.
Cap/gown/tassel/medallion unit  - complete area #1 & 4 on order form – cost $36.00 TOTAL (NO handling, shipping or taxes)

If a senior is using a previous graduates cap & gown then they must order a tassel & medallion unit and complete area #1 on order form and let Mrs. Sawyer know this that they are ordering just the tassel and medallion unit.  There are no taxes or shipping/handling on tassel/medallion unit.
Tassel & medallion unit – if using previous graduates cap & gown – cost $20.00 TOTAL (NO handling, shipping or taxes)

Reminder – cap/gown/tassel/medallion units will be handed out at graduation practice in May.  If a senior wants a tassel now then they need to order a memory, mega, mini, ice or mile stone tassel.

Ordering will be Wednesday, October 8 beginning at 8:15 a.m. in cafeteria, alphabetically by last name (see teachers for list).  All members of the Class of 2015 need to see Mrs. Sawyer in the cafeteria at their designated time.  Bring completed order forms and money.

The only thing required for a senior to participate in the graduation ceremony is the cap/gown/tassel/medallion unit & of course meet the THS graduation requirements.  Keep in mind seniors that if you order personalized items you are responsible for the cost and there will be no refunds or returning of the items. Spend your money wisely! If seniors have any questions, please see Mrs. Sawyer.
