Buses will run on the abbreviated schedule at the 2:30 p.m. dismissal time.

All semester exams should be given at their designated times and all students should remain in class after completing their exams until the bell rings. STUDENTS ARE NOT TO ASK TEACHERS TO BE DISMISSED EARLY. Students should wait in Cafeteria when not taking exams, and should not be in the hall.

Yearbooks

If you have not ordered a yearbook for this year you may do so for the cost of only $40. Orders may be made in the Main Office. After Christmas break, the price will increase to $55. Order now and save!

Spring Musical

Audition music for the 2019 THS Spring Musical production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's CINDERELLA is now available! Students can pick up information and audition music in the THS main office.

Christian County YMCA

The Christian County YMCA’s Youth Advisory Committee is looking for students who are passionate about youth and building a healthy community. If you are between the ages of 14-18 and would like to work toward creating the best YMCA experience for all young people, pick up an application in the Main Office. The deadline to complete and return to Mr. Hutchison is today.

Counseling Center

SENIORS: The LLCC Foundation Scholarship application opened on December 1. If you plan to attend LLCC next Fall, please see your school email for a link to the application. Information is also available on the Counseling Department website under the Scholarship tab.

LLCC is hosting 2 informational meetings about the College Now program for area high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors as well as their parents or guardians. No registration is necessary. At a meeting you will learn about student qualifications, program content, costs, student planning and other helpful tips. The sessions will be held on January 10 and January 22 from 6-7 pm on Taylorville's campus.
