Congratulations to the THS Journalism and Tommy TV staff members who advanced to the State Finals in the IHSA Journalism competition. Staff members who will be competing at the State level this Friday include Emma Murphy in Newspaper Design and Yearbook Layout; Milana Henson in Copy Editing and Feature Writing; Alex Price in Yearbook Caption Writing; Daniel Sloan in Headline Writing and Review Writing; Zamon Beck in Broadcast News; and Izzy Miller, Macy Richards and Anthony Rivecco in Video News.

Prom

Prom Court needs to report to the main foyer today at 10:45 to take a photo for the Breeze-Courier. 

Attention Juniors and Seniors.  

The second and final round of prom court voting is now open.  Please check your email.  Voting will close at 3:30 p.m. on April 22nd. 

If you are inviting a guest to prom, before you purchase any tickets you must have the guest pass form completed and signed by the administration.  A student's guest cannot be a middle school or junior high school student and not be older than 20 years of age.  In addition, any individual currently serving an expulsion or suspension from any school district may not attend.  

Prom tickets will be sold next week before school and during lunches.  Tickets are $20 each.  If you are an SAT incentive winner, your ticket and your ticket only will be $15.  Please make sure if you are bringing a guest that the guest pass is completed and signed before you purchase your tickets. 

Wrestling

There will be an informational meeting on Friday, April 22nd at 3:15 in the East Gym for any high school boy or girl interested in an off season wrestling camp.  The camp is open to current THS wrestlers and newcomers as well.

Library

Seniors need to return library books and pay fines. 

THStore

The THStore will be open this week: Tues and Thurs. during advisory.  We will also be open Wednesday and Friday morning.

Student Council

Student Council is accepting applications for next year's general assembly members.  If you would like to join Student council, please pick up an application in the high school office.  All applications are due by April 27th.  

Students Council is hosting a Blood drive on Friday, April 22nd in the East Gym. If you would like to make an appointment to donate blood, please fill out the Google Form sent to your school email by Mrs. Crowe, or contact Kennedie Cearlock or Darrian Ippolito. You must be 16 years or older to donate, and if you are 16, you must have a signed parent consent form that you can pick up in the office.

Movie Night

Student Council is hosting a Movie Night this evening at 6:00 p.m  The movie being shown is Jumanji. If anyone has any questions, please contact Leila Wheeler.
