ANNOUNCEMENTS
The list of the crew members for this years musical is posted outside of the library.  There will be on informational meeting for all crew members tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in the choir room.
Dodgeball Tournament
There will be a dodgeball tournament on Monday, March 7th at 6:30 p.m. in the West Gym.  There will be 6-8 players per team with at least two of each gender.   The cost is $40 per team.
Hat Day
Wednesday, March 2nd will be the rescheduled Hat Day.   You should pay your $2 when you arrive at school and then you will receive a wrist band.  Locations to pay will be cafeteria and main foyer. All proceeds are going to the senior class memorial fund.
National Foreign Language Week
All students are invited to participate in the following activities in room 300 to celebrate National Foreign Language Week, March 7th-13th:

Pre-week activity: Poster contest – create a poster with the theme “Languages Enrich Your Mind” (winner gets a $10 gift certificate toCharro restaurant).  Due by Friday, March 4th.

Employment Opportunity
The Taylorville Park District has Job Opening for lifeguards, front desk and concessions for Manners Park Pool, as well as, Day camp counselors and directors.  The Park District is also looking for a responsible individual to run the Don Bragg Concession Stand beginning late April till mid-November.  Interested candidates must have reached the age of 15 and reside within the Taylorville Park District to be considered for employment.  The Park District will give the training needed to be a certified lifeguard.   Those wishing to work concessions must have a food handler’s license or be willing to attain one.  Applications may be picked up at the Manners Park Office Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. or on line at www.taylorvilleparkdistrict.com.  All applications must be turned in not later than 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016.  The Taylorville Park District is an equal opportunity employer.
Blood Drive
Taylorville Memorial Hospital is hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, March 2nd from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the hospital auditorium.   You must be 18 years of age to donate at this location.
