Pictures from this year's musical have arrived and may be picked up in Room 144 either before or after school.

Prom
If you have submitted a prom guest pass for approval, please remember to retrieve them from the Main Office.

Prom tickets are now on sale.  They will be on sale thru Thursday during lunch hours.  Cost for each ticket is $15.  If you are bringing a guest that is not a student of Taylorville High School, please present your signed guest pass as you purchase your ticket.  
Guest Passes for Prom are available in the Main Office.  Prom is for Taylorville High School Junior and Senior students and their guest.  If you are bringing a guest that is not a student at THS the following rules apply:
1. Guest cannot be a student at any junior high school.
2. THS student is responsible for securing a guest pass form and having their guest complete all required information.
3. THS student is required to have guest pass form signed by Taylorville High School Administrator prior to the event and student must present form along with picture ID of guest to gain entrance to the dance.
4. In order to purchase tickets for prom.  THS student (Jr. & Sr. Only) must provide an approved copy of guest pass.

Seniors
All seniors need to return their library books and pay their library fines.

Student Council
The Wiffle Ball Tournament for this evening has been postponed.
DVD SALES
An order form for DVD's of the THS Production of "The Music Man" is in the main office. Orders must be paid for in advance. DVD's are $10 each. Ordered will be taken until May 5.

Wrestling
Attention all wrestlers:  The Taylorville H.S. Wrestling program will be having its annual wrestling camp June 12th-15th @ the North School Annex. Wrestling Room.  Sign-up forms are available in the main office and are due May 26th.  Wrestling camp is for all interested boys and girls in grades K-12.  If you have any questions, please contact Head Wrestling Coach Lee Mateer @ THS (lmateer@tcusd3.org or 217-827-3316)  
Madrigal Auditions will be held during the month of May for next year’s Madrigal Singers group.  If you have thought about being a part of this exciting tradition, this is your chance!  Information sheets and the required music for the audition are available now in the main office and outside the choir room (room 159).  There will be an optional audition workshop at 3:30 on Monday, May 8.  Anyone who wants to know what the audition will be like and learn the required music should attend the workshop.  Auditions will be held Tuesday, May 9 and Wednesday, May 10.  You must sign up for a specific audition time outside the choir room.  See Mr. Chase if you have any questions.
Key Club
Key club is hosting a canned food drive for Taylorville Food Pantry. Bring items into your first hour now through May 5th. The 1st hour class with the most points will receive donuts and breakfast pizza.
COUNSELING CENTER
Attention Students:  If you have requested to take the classes Film as Literature and/or Computer Applications and Systems for next year, you must complete the online LLCC application that was sent to you in your school email.  The application must be completed by June 1 or you will be removed from the class.  See Ms. Wagoner in Student Services for questions.
Attention Students:  If you took the ASVAB on April 20, your scores will be available on May 11during advisory in Computer Lab 223.  A military representative will be here to interpret your scores for you.  Please see the counselors in Student Services for questions.
Attention Seniors:  We have extra graduation announcements available for purchase in Student Services.  Cost is $1.25 each or 5 for $6.00
Attention Seniors:  Please check your school email thru the end of school for information on recipients of scholarship awards.  All students receiving local scholarships and university scholarships will be recognized at Senior Awards Night on May 10 and will be listed in the graduation program.  Please fill out the form that was sent to you and return to Ms. Wagoner in Student Services.
Employment
The Christian County YMCA is looking to hire three Lifeguards for summer and beyond who exhibit the qualities of respect, honesty, caring and responsibility.  Training is available.  Applications are found at the front desk of YMCA.  You may call 287-7271 for further information.
