Volleyball
The THS volleyball team is having a bake sale during lunch this week to raise money for the Susan G. Komen breast cancer organization. They are having their Volley For A Cure game this evening, so please wear Pink to the game!
Student Council
Sign-up sheets for the blood drive on October 19th are in the Main Office. 16 years olds need to pick up a parental consent form.
Homecoming
Student Council will be selling homecoming tickets during the lunch hours today. The price of tickets is $15. If you are buying a ticket for someone who is not a THS student, please bring your guest pass with you.
Fun Photo will be available during the Homecoming Dance for professional pictures. Homecoming picture envelopes are available in the main office.
Guest Passes
Guest Passes for Homecoming are available in the Main Office. Homecoming is for Taylorville High School Students and their guest. If you are bringing a guest that is not a student at THS the following rules apply:
1. Guest cannot be a student at any junior high school.
2. THS student is responsible for securing a guest pass form and having their guest complete all the required information.
3. THS student is required to have guest pass form signed by Taylorville High School Administrator prior to the event and student must present form along with picture ID of guest to gain entrance to the dance.
Counseling Center
SENIORS: Jostens will be in the cafeteria this morning at 8:35 am regarding caps and gowns. Please report to first hour for attendance and you will be dismissed to the cafeteria. Bring a pen or pencil! Josten’s will return on Thursday, October 11 and you will be placing orders for caps and gowns.
