Energy Education

Your community challenge tip for the day is to remember to turn up the thermostat to 85-90°F if you leave for a summer vacation, so you don’t cool your home when no one is there to enjoy it.

ALS Ice Bucket Challenge – Today is the last day to donate!

To keep things interesting, we have added to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge! No one wants to see Mr. Hutchison take a bucket alone and we want to raise lots of money for this important cause. There will be a table set up in the cafeteria during all lunches today to vote for a staff member to take the challenge alongside Mr. Hutchison on Friday May 10th. Drop some change or a few bucks in some buckets. The staff member with the most money in their bucket at the end of the day this Thursday will be drenched with Mr. Hutchison this Friday. Thanks to the fun and good sports for volunteering!

Floral Design and Horticulture classes will be selling Mother’s Day plants during the lunch hour today and Friday. All prices ranges and flower types are available.
