Order
forms are available in the Main Office to order a Conference Champion
T-Shirt. Deadline to order is TODAY at
4:00 p.m. All shirts are $15!
Art Club
Art
Club t-shirt order forms can be picked up in the art room. These are due with your payment by Friday,
November 21st.
Student Council
Please
help support the Student Council as they host a food drive beginning Monday,
November 3 through Wednesday, November 24th. Check posters displayed throughout the school
for details.
Purple Reign
Attention THS Students and Staff: Purple Reign is
accepting memberships for the Winter Season. Sign-up brochures are
available in the main office and with Coach Mateer and need to be turned into
Coach Mateer. The deadline to sign-up is today. Cost is $40 and we
will be doing 6 game day shirts this winter. Questions? See Coach Mateer.
Baseball
There will be a quick meeting after school in Coach Aymer’s
room on Thursday, November 6th for any baseball player not currently
in a sport.
Wrestling
There will be a parent meeting for all members of the
wrestling team on Wednesday, November 12th at 6:15 p.m. in the
Junior High Cafeteria.
Counseling Center
Attention Students: An updated scholarship bulletin is
now available from classroom teachers, Student Services, or online on the high
school website.
Attention Students: The following colleges will be
here to meet with students on the designated dates. If interested in
attending, please register in Student Services and get a pass from a counselor.
Eastern Illinois University – Thursday, November 6 at 9:00
a.m.
Southeast Missouri State University – Monday, November 10 at
10:00 a.m.
Attention Students: Interested in a career as a
physician? Want to know what it takes to survive and thrive in
medical school? If so, come listen to a presentation by THS graduate
Katie Burgener who is a current medical student at Saint Louis University’s
School of Medicine on Tuesday, November 25 at 2:30 p.m. If interested in
attending, register in Student Services and get a pass from a counselor.
